Transportation Waiver

Parkside Ranch provides transportation for authorized off-site outings. This transportation is primarily provided by licensed drivers over the age of 25 in camp-provided vehicles. However, on occasion, licensed staff members under the age of 25 may also provide transportation in their personal vehicles.

I, , understand and acknowledge the following:

Authorized Outings: Parkside Ranch will make every effort to provide safe and reliable transportation for all authorized off-site outings. Authorized outings are defined as scheduled activities listed on the camp program, trips approved by the Camp Director or designated staff, and emergency situations requiring immediate transportation.

Licensed Drivers: All drivers, regardless of age, will possess a valid driver’s license.

Vehicle Safety: All vehicles used for transportation will be properly maintained.

I hereby grant permission for my child to be a passenger in a vehicle driven by a licensed staff member under the age of 25 for all authorized off-site outings.

I do not grant permission for my child to be a passenger in a vehicle driven by a licensed staff member under the age of 25. I understand that my child will only be transported by drivers over the age of 25, or by other transportation provided by the camp.
